Shipping Options

We offer two standard shipping options, depending on your location:

• Standard: 7–14 business days
  

• Expedited: 2–4 business days
  

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Carrier tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.


Customs Duties

Customs duties are covered only for shipments to the United States. For all other destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.


Pallet Shipments

Depending on the type of product and the quantity ordered, your shipment may be sent on pallets. By default, pallets are shipped under the "tailgate not required" delivery method.

If you require any special delivery arrangements (such as tailgate service), please contact us at the time of purchase, as shipping rates may vary based on those requirements.


Address Changes After Payment

Any request to change the shipping address after the order has been paid must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply depending on the new location.
